At the forefront of AirDNA’s research, Jamie is a leading voice of authority on the health and outlook for the STR industry, providing exclusive analysis and forecasts to global audiences and guiding hosts through each decision point in their journey. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Georgia and an M.S. in Business Economics from Georgia State University.

Demi is the CEO at AirDNA, driving operational excellence, strategy, and growth. With extensive experience in private equity, she accelerated growth for sponsor-owned businesses and advised Fortune 500 companies on strategy and operations at the Boston Consulting Group. Demi holds a B.A. in Global Affairs from Yale and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Kristina is an accomplished communications professional who currently heads AirDNA’s public relations and events team. With a talent for creating impactful brand awareness strategies and expanding global media footprints, Kristina has spent 3+ years leading AirDNA and her team to new heights of success.

James has worked with AirDNA for over five years in an account executive and director role. His clients range from VRMs, DMOs, private equity and global financial institutions. He has assisted clients with a number of the key issues faced in the industry, including sustainably scaling inventory, implementing a more data-driven approach across operations, and best practices for using data in the STR space.

Bram is a hospitality data expert with a background in economics. He worked at CBRE as a hotel economist for seven years before joining AirDNA. Currently, Bram focuses on short-term rental forecasts and researching regulatory implications. He also writes thought leadership pieces and is a sought-after speaker in the industry.
