Just check out the color-coded AirDNA Market Score wheels (an upgrade to the original Market Grade) to quickly compare potential investment markets. This 0-100 number lets you know if a specific area is a great, good, okay, or bad STR investment area. Submarkets have their own Market Score, too, making it easy to pinpoint the perfect spot within a city for your investment.

To help you further understand the nuances of a particular area, we also measure rates, demand, revenue growth, and seasonal variability as great, good, okay, or bad.
