Lydie Locutura is a Paris-based short-term rental host who manages three properties in the heart of the city. As her short-term rentals are not her primary residence, she is limited to  30-day minimum stays due to Paris regulations. This posed some challenges when it came to both pricing her listings and identifying competitors that operated similarly. 

Initially, Lydie relied on property management services, hoping they’d optimize her listings' performance.
