Rohit Bezewada
Chief Executive Officer
Rohit is a seasoned technology executive with a passion for building high performing teams and experience in both engineering and finance. He brings extensive experience from his roles at Uber, J.P. Morgan, and Trucker Tools, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiencies. His expertise in scaling operations guides AirDNA into its next phase of growth, reinforcing its mission to deliver best-in-class data and insights for STR investors and hosts.
James Malcolm
Chief Product Officer
James has over 25 years of strategic, creative, and technical leadership experience. He's helped large and small brands build valuable product offerings, including Calendly, Accenture, and DraftKings. He specializes in building happy, high-performing teams.
Jamie Lane
SVP of Analytics, Chief Economist
With 10+ years of experience as an economist in the hospitality industry, Jamie’s research leadership has helped the whole STR industry understand the drivers of success. At AirDNA, he is responsible for data analysis, thought leadership, and leveraging advanced analytical techniques to provide new insights into short-term rental supply, demand, and pricing trends. A regular contributor to international media outlets, he has been published in academic and professional journals and frequently speaks at lodging industry forums.

SVP of Sales
Alexa is a committed and proven sales leader who creates and empowers high-performing sales teams to deliver strong YoY growth through coaching and a people-first approach. Passionate about partnering with customers to drive value and success quickly and for the long term.
Scott Sage
VP of Marketing and Customer Success Experience
Scott is an Airbnb Superhost and industry pro, having founded Home Base BnBs - a short term rental management company that scaled to 200+ units. Previously, he led go-to-market strategy and brand management for blockbuster medicines at Eli Lilly. Scott combines his experience and passion to empower AirDNA customers to succeed in the STR industry.
Leah Fitz
VP of Finance
Leah brings broad experience managing teams and processes, having previously held roles in corporate finance, financial reporting, technical accounting, and investor relations. She also has extensive experience with IPOs and most recently helped take her last company, Ping Identity, public in 2019. Leah started her career in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services group at PwC and is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.

Anna Westcot is a seasoned People Operations professional with a wealth of experience in the field of human resources and people operations. As the Director of People Operations at AirDNA, she has significantly impacted the organization’s culture, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies. Her passion for a positive and inclusive work environment has resulted in high employee satisfaction, increased retention rates, and improved productivity.
Scott Shatford
Founder, Board Director
Scott is an Airbnb pro, author, vocal advocate, and industry expert in short-term vacation rentals. Utilizing his 20 years of experience as a data analyst, Scott founded AirDNA to empower entrepreneurs to make the most of the short-term rental market.
Corporate Headquarters
Denver, Colorado
California gave us our start, but we quickly set up corporate headquarters in downtown Denver. When we’re not busy educating the world on short-term rentals, you can find us outdoors, with our dogs, listening to live music at Red Rocks, or sipping some combination of barley and hops.
European Office
Barcelona, Spain
After a (not so) long brainstorm on where to establish our European headquarters, we landed in Barcelona. Our sales and customer success departments enjoy the Mediterranean climate from the office terrace, the friendly, international culture, and hitting the beach on the weekend.
